Feedback gevenI visited the restaurant and ordered a large breakfast for £8. Unfortunately, it was missing hash browns and mushrooms. I received a stale fried egg, untoasted bread, soggy bacon, and a serving of beans and sausages. I was very disappointed with the quality and felt it was a bit of a letdown. I will be making my own breakfast next time.
I rely on this company to deliver lunch to me daily, and typically order the same meal each time. However, I was disappointed to find bacon bits in my vegetarian falafel salad today. I found this to be quite foolish and ended up throwing my meal away. Instead of calling to complain, I prefer to share my experience on TripAdvisor so that others can consider this before ordering. I will be exploring other lunch options in Basingstoke moving forward.
Everytime I have been here (which is only if I don't have time to go anywhere else) the cold options are always the same and the fridge is never well stocked, the hot options take forever to be ready and the serving staff are always completely miserable. I have tried different times of the day as well and it make no difference. There is never anyone in the seated areas which is such a shame as it is in such a great location for the business around it. Need to make some serious changes.
Waitress was very polite and helpful, even though there was a limited menu, can only imagine this was because it was a Friday before BHM and food is cooked fresh, saying that there was a hot dish available for all in the group. All meals were tasty and served quickly, real easy going place with great food
Had lunch in Dayers, Purchased a sandwich and drink, then notice a lemon cake, so asked for a slice. Paid my bill in cash and the staff member gave me back my change in coins. Next minute she used her hands to put a slice of cake into a paper paper. Totally unhygienic
