We collected 2 mains, 2 Sides and a portion of onion bhaji i thought it was pricey for what we had £38) and menus were misleading i.e. it states 20% discount if ordering on app, we downloaded app but then it wouldn't let us register, kept saying e mail address wasn't recognised, tried mine and the missus's and wouldn't accept either. Menu also states 10% discount for collection, didn't get this so when I asked I was told no thats just for Internet orders????
I see the other reviews, the manager is a joke. This place is the worst indian that I have ever eaten in the Netherlands, Australia, Germany, Britain and the USA, it is the worst. STAY AWAY it is revolting.
2 stars is rather generous for this experience. I ordered a few curry’s and some sides from the website. It arrived an hour late and was stone cold. I just put it the fridge and threw it out a couple of days later. The delivery driver said nothing and certainly didn’t apologise for the fact it arrived at bed time. Disappointed by the service and the food was very average. This has happened a few times before with this curry house. I was wrong to give it another chance under the new management. Brahman would be disappointed in you.
Terrible customer service we ordered the food online at 7pm. 2.5 hours later and 3 phone calls still didn’t arrive. We were told it was only 10 minutes away. Shocking customer service and very disappointing. Left a sour taste before it even entered our mouth. Avoid unless you want to be messed around food was mediocre at best.
Very good service tasty food helpful friendly staff definitely recommend best Indian food I have enjoyed
