Pizza Hut - South Haven

The young woman and man that worked tonight provided great customer service, the food was exactly what was order it was hot and fresh. I did have to wait for the cheesy bread to be done but that was no biggy things happen and they did their absolute best to make sure I was satisfied. I should have gotten their names but I didn’t think about it at the time but that was the best customer service I’ve had in quite some time.

Breadsticks were burnt and so was the pizza. Hardly any sauce on the wings. The best part of the meal was my salad.

Horrible service. Cashier never asked for a name so when I went to pick up my food, I had to pay again and wait longer. Got told the cook missed my order and had to wait longer, while people who ordered before me got their food. Around 35 minutes later, I finally got my food and the cashier did not say sorry or anything. Horrible service. And in the end, they didn't even get my order right.

Me, my bf, and his friend were going to dine in and we ordered 2 large pizzas and wings which came out to be $40 we did have outside drinks but we thought it wouldn’t be a problem since we did order a lot of food and then a girl told her coworker loudly we couldn’t dine

The food was great minus the refrigerated sauce for the bread sticks.I was going to not care about the subpar service until I watched my waitress put the corner of my credit card in her mouth. I used my wife's hand sanitizer from her purse before I touched it. And from another point of view, I sit on my wallet all day, why would you put my card anywhere near your mouth?Honestly, I was already having a problem with her playing with one of her many braids without washing her hands. She would grab the braids while walking around then grab food, plates and such without washing them. She was rolling the silverware when we walked in. I was going to let all that go, until my credit card entered her mouth.We really wanted pizza.I only knew her name because the kitchen kept shouting for her when food was ready and she had disappeared. She wasn't wearing anything Pizza Hut or a name tag. Didn't say her name at the table either. She could've been someone's girlfriend or daughter just stopping by to help. I didn't even care that I had to refill my own drink.Takeout and delivery was really busy and we were the only ones in the dining room.My next order will be takeout. I now understand why we were the only ones inside. We haven't eaten inside here since before COVID and I see that everyone else got the memo of this isn't a place to sit and eat. We were just late to realizing that.To the Kitchen: Keep up the good work. That was exactly the pizza we were looking for tonight.And thank you to the kitchen guy that brought out bread sticks when you couldn't find Bella.
