Jimmy John's - South Hill

Ordered online. Got to my order about 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done. Wasn't even started yet. Took like 3 people to figure out how to construct the 2 items I ordered. Still waited 10+ minutes in the drive through. Wasn't even any other cars in line. I know now to order it and wait until 30 minutes after it's supposed to be picked up.

We went through the drive-thru, after looking over the menu we ask them if the tuna had onions or anything in it? she responded the number 3 or 11. We responded the number 3. She continued on saying what else? We asked her again if the tuna had anything in it? She said no just cucumber. So we ordered it and also ordered a giant 23 I believe. Not sure but our total was 48.28 pretty pricey… we pull up to the window and we see them making our sandwiches they are slow. We waited a few mins prob 5-10 mins. We got our sandwiches pulled over to eat in the parking lot. I go to open my sandwich #3 tuna) I see there’s a lot of cilantro ! EW! YUCK! I took one bit and didn’t like it at all! My bf says go ask them for another sandwich, I refused because the service we received. I asked the lady if there was ANYTHING in the tuna she said no! Disgusting sandwich DO NOT GET THEIR TUNA!So lucky me there’s chipotle I only spent 12-13 dollars on my bowl with chips. They were so kind and fast paced. It really hit the spot, this was my first time trying chipotle I been seeing everyone rave about it but never gave them a chance because of their meat issues in the past. Worst jimmy John’s I would recommend the Tacoma location or University Place.I do not like onions, cilantro I prefer my tuna just tuna and mayo.

My orders are often wrong, and I’ve had multiple deliveries just not show up. At least they refunded me.

I eat Jimmy John’s very often and have always had a great experience at many locations across the country. However, this location is a poor representation of the company based on my experience and the collection of the other reviews I’ve seen.I ordered a Cajun Chicken Wrap, no tomatoes. I get back to my hotel and get about half way through eating the wrap realizing something’s different about this wrap. I open it up to find there is no chicken on the wrap. Just crispy jalapeños, peppers, lettuce and cheese. Between the length of the drive and traffic, it’s not worth my time to go back to the at this point. Especially after such a long day of traveling and working. Disappointing

They forget my drink on almost every other order, they are always quick friendly to make it right but it happens so frequently and I order from this location A LOT so it’s super frustrating but otherwise food is good delivery is quick most of the time
