I came here with a baby, and initially we were placed in an area that happened to contain lots of excited people so the room was quite noisy. When my husband was queuing to pay, there was a waitress who approached me and offered to exchange a seat in the quieter seating area if there was a table available. Of course I accepted the offer. I expected to wait a long time, but it seems like this waitress immediately asked one of the customers who was sitting in the lounge area to swap tables with me, because I was waiting so long. Whether this was an initiative from the waitress, or from the manager/supervisor, or indeed the SOP from the restaurant, but BIG THANK YOU for the small act of kindness. Sorry, sis, I didn't know her name earlier because the name on the pin was really small, but thank you, Miss, the waitress in the headscarf wearing the pink dress whose shift is tonight. I will never forget your kindness
