Feedback gevenOnce I came through the drive through after ordering ahead and the lady was super kind and said welcome back loyal customers. It made me feel really happy and seen. thanks so very much to that lady. The food came relatively quickly I just wish it would be ready for when I get there but they don 't take too long to bring it out when you have to pull forward.
Abraham, has exceptional customer service and an awesome attitude. We had a little hiccup with our order and he took care of it straight away and was super nice and very professional. Awesome customer service. It’s very rare to find this quality!
I drive out of my way to go this McDonald’s : they have the best customer service. I love the kindness and positivity of Rozi and her team there. I have always found this McDonalds to be professional prompt and kind. The cappuccino is a frequent ritual there for me.

The worst location EVER!!! The 2 women (heavier set Hispanic) managers/supervisors are horrible!! They are never any help and are RUDE! Last time I was there I asked for a few extra sweet and sour sauces and was told I would be charged extra for sauce. Went today and was told that since they couldn’t scan THEIR gift card I couldn’t use my 5 dollars I had on it. Went to the location on 103 and redwood and they honored the gift card with no questions asked and informed me they are told NOT to charge extra for sauce!! So had I paid for extra sauce last time, whose pocket would that have gone into??? I also took my children to the play place while I waited 25 minutes for my food a few weeks back, cause it’s the slowest location ever, and there was pee at the top of the play area and my son stepped in it and got his socks soiled! They are slow, shady, nasty and rude at the 114 location!! Get better employees and management McDonalds!!
