Peet's Coffee - South Lake Tahoe

Ordered a blended Matcha with whip cream. It tasted like milky water. I noticed the young man who made it was also working in the deli department. Threw away the drink and won?t go back. Way better coffee places in town. Only went there to get a quick bite at deli . Worst matcha ever.

Nice corner cafe in the store. Lots of seating, by the window, and clean. Didn't get coffee, just needed to pay for a birthday cake and they handled quietly. Caught the cashier doing something when I walked up and as soon as she finished the transaction she returned to her other task, but forgot my receipt, so I had to ask her for it a few times, because I don't think she heard me. Apologized and wished me a great day!!

July 4th, around 9:30 in the morning wemt there to get an iced coffee. I was dressed pretty funky and besides the two girls at the counter giving me dirty looks, i was putting cream in my coffee at the counter on the side i heard the girls making fun of me pretty loudly and laughing. Sad that even in 2019 women still feel the need to put other women down like that.

Coffee?s great and the employees are stellar but they aren?t letting their baristas take tips! This is a minimum wage job, tips are necessary to meet the price of life here. I?ll change my rating once Peets respects their employees
