The Beer Hall - South Lakeland

This is an amazing restaurant with friendly staff, live music events, and open mic nights.

This was the best roast dinner I've had since becoming gluten intolerant. The gravy was delicious, the vegetables were fresh, and the roast beef was cooked perfectly. They also offer gluten-free beers. We will definitely be returning.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The selection of beers was excellent, I couldn't find fault with any of them. They also offer wines, cider, and spirits. The establishment was very clean. The pizza I tried was the best I've had. The staff was also very friendly.

Two-storied beer hall with around a dozen or more tables outside. At the moment, its more luck than management that gets you a seat due to limited availability. One barman; one person doing the bills; two servers seems the plan at the moment. Reasonable range of beers spirits; bottles also plus an take-out service.

I recently visited this restaurant after taking a lovely walk from Ings along the Dale's Way. It's a great place for real ale enthusiasts, with plenty of options on tap. Unfortunately, they were out of helles during our visit, but we still enjoyed sampling a few different beers in the sun. The outdoor seating area isn't the best, located in the middle of a retail park and car park. However, it's definitely worth a visit as you can also purchase their ales to take away at reasonable prices.
