Stefanos Pizzeria - South Lanarkshire

Took over 2 hours to be delivered, when finally pizza came it was covered in tomato sauce and little cheese. Phoned the restaurant to ask why so much tomato sauce and so little cheese only to be told (we aren’t an Indian kebab shop takeaway) won’t be using again!

Pizzas are excellent …. Consistently amazing pizzas never been disappointed… quick efficient service. Stuart is always very friendly and goes out his way to help.

I have always been a fan of Stefano's Pizza, but I have noticed a decline in their service and quality recently. I placed an order on Wednesday, the 11th, and was initially told it would be a 40-minute wait. However, I overheard someone in the background shouting that it would be an hour instead. I decided to wait, thinking they were just busy. After an hour passed, I still hadn't received my pizza. When I called to inquire about my order, I was told it was just placed in the oven. Finally, an hour and a half later, my pizza arrived. It was cold, burnt on the bottom, with poor tomato base and chewy cheese. It was barely edible, and my dog ended up consuming most of it. I was left £21.00 poorer and still hungry. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. There was no apology for the delay, and the quality of the pizza was unacceptable. I felt sick all night and the next day after just one slice. I will never order from Stefano's Pizza again and will make sure to warn others about their poor service and product. It's a shame that they have let their standards slip so much. Maybe it's time for health inspectors to pay them a visit.

I am extremely disappointed with Stefanos. The pizzas were once outstanding, but now they lack flavor. The tomato sauce and mozzarella are scarce. The prices are quite high as well. I am unsure if I will order from here again.

I made a Ek eats order at 8.45pm was told order would be with me 9,25pm then changed 9.40pm then changed again to 9.55pm. That’s fair sometimes you can wait over an hour at 10.15pm still nothing then says order complete so I phone constantly from 10.15 to 10.30pm before they closed, I waited till 10.45 over 2hours still nothing, I had to re order somewhere else ate there since original owner won’t be going back and this ain’t over ridiculous.then after ordering from a different place just over 2hrs later it arrives box all squashed and soggy pizza cold and stuck to base was peeling off bits of cardboard. Luckily 10mins later only 20mins my other delivery arrived piping hot don’t get a Stefanos delivery and customer service terrible as there isn’t any
