The staff is kind and they support the community whenever they can. They will always get my business when I need a coffee or snack. I recommend the strawberry shortcake smoothie for sweet treat for kids.
I have been going to biggby for a while now and usually never have any complaints at all. However today I go and get a plain bagel with cream cheese. Seems easy enough. Well when I got home to eat it, it was burnt and it had no cream cheese. They were not busy so it wasn’t made in a rush so I m not sure what the problem was but I am very disappointed!
I frequent Biggby Coffee locations. Once or twice a day. My wife and I were just talking yesterday how every single Biggby we've been into the service is always over the top. Everyone is always as happy as it gets. Not one worker in this Biggby today seemed to be in a good mood at all. Super unfriendly by far. Obviously you go to Biggby for the quality. Or else you'd go a half mile down the road to where you'd get 3 coffees for the price of 1 here. But when a patron walks into a business, they want to feel welcome. As a business owner of 2 businesses... I appreciate every last person that welcomes me to their home or business or walks into either of my establishments. I let every customer know that without them, we wouldn't be here. All businesses should be that way. I always say if you don't love your job, then go find one that you love. If you hate your job, don't take it out on your customer that is making it possible for you to live the life you do. Even with horrible service, I still left a tip. Most people wouldn't have. Smile. Cheep up. Be happy to be working. Be happy to have customers.
