Mcdonalds - South Norfolk

This place is always so clean and tidy. the personal is very attentive. toilets are also clean and not messy, baby wrap room and 2 cubic in the ladies. not very busy on Saturday night at 9 o'clock, but this could be due to the gasoline wart that blocks the entrance.

I usually do not write these reviews, but I ordered nuggets and chips for me and my flat mate by drive thru late tonight (20/06/22.) the speed of the portion was very fast and the eating was really nice. the customer service of the young man who took the order and payment was amazing. I've been through a few times and he's always smiling and polite, very welcoming. 100% recommend this two g of mcdonalds.

Absolutely disgusted with the treatment of this place! a young mother ordered a home delivery, for a birthday party with her small, only drinks, to reorder, refund could take two weeks! she only reordered on another twog so that the same happens again! requested refund, photos taken and what was actually delivered. two weeks and they will not refund money! mcdonald, you should be ashamed! I will never use them and certainly would not recommend! mk

A special shoutout to Naulan, who made our visit to the restaurant with our daughter extra special. He was kind, friendly, and even offered her Halloween activities. We noticed he was doing this with other families as well. Thank you so much, Naulan!

I called the McDonald's at Longwater after discovering that half of my order was missing from a sealed bag. The manager told me there was nothing they could do and seemed uninterested. She even hung up on me while I was still speaking, which I found rude. It seems like mistakes are consistently made at this particular McDonald's location, unlike the other ones near me.
