Thatchers Needle - South Norfolk

The man behind the bar was very helpful, advised by availability and that he would get us a table within 40 minutes. we enjoyed a walk to the park where we enjoyed a dae play, then it went further about the fantastic historical pond (check the history of this beckens, it is very fascinating that we back to thatchers needle at the right time. with the two adult and our four children we enjoyed the hello-fried and baked mushrooms as a partner. for the net we enjoyed two of the Rindbraten dinner, a cheeseburger meal and three children's dishes. these were presented and served very well by the servedeam – like our drinks and desserts (to tempt)! all in all, a great meal with excellent service, enjoyed by all six of our family. the bark was absolutely horrific! boiled to perfection. many thanks; we will definitely visit again soon. most six smile reviews from us

Haven't been in about 8-10months. Was lovely to see a brand new menu. I had a lovely meal as did my partner. It is a shame its always so dark inside but i know lots of people like this. Quick friendly staff. Food was served in reasonable time. Some food options were not available after the bank holiday. Overall a good experience

Korean Bbq chicken wings were smoky and flavourful. Not too spicy. Sliced chillies added another layer of taste. Ate with a house side salad. Completely balanced healthy light snack. Staff friendly. Service good. Apple crumble was good but topping could do with a bit more colour as it looked very pale. Overall great place to eat.

Nice pub with lots of seating. Meal was very good, with a wide range of main meals and sides, good starters and desserts too. Price seemed a little bit high, but not unreasonably so. Generally good and friendly service too.
