Rose And Crown - South Northamptonshire

I brought my mother and wife to this restaurant for Mother's Day, along with my children, and we had an absolutely fantastic meal. The food was exceptional and the service was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even accommodated our picky children. We will definitely be returning soon!

This restaurant is an excellent choice for a Sunday Roast. All of the food was cooked perfectly. The staff is friendly and the pub has a cozy atmosphere, making it a great place for a family meal.

Today, we celebrated my father's 86th birthday by taking him out for lunch at this restaurant. We chose this place based on its great reputation and our positive past experiences. Today, our expectations were exceeded as all seven of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals across three courses. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. Although I had not mentioned it was my father's birthday when I made the reservation, the staff found out during our meal and surprised him with a dessert on a special plate that read "Happy Birthday" in chocolate with a sparkler. I am already looking forward to our next visit, maybe next time we can enjoy a quiet drink by the cozy open fire.

Been wanting to go here for ages! Managed to book a table after 2 answerphone messages and a conversation. Turned up on a Saturday night to find no table due to a miscommunication ! We were finally offered a totally unsuitable table in the walkway right by the bar. We were very disappointed and left. Our evening was saved by the Saffron in Brackley. See my review!

Went to the Rose Crown today and we both had the steak and ale pie with chips. Really great. For dessert we shared the honeycomb cheesecake which was delicious. This was our third time and would definitely recommend this pub but make sure you book in advance. We will be back.
