Costa Coffee - South Ockendon

Very busy on Saturday afternoon and they had no Frappes or cakes that we liked and the tea was too milky. But still, there was a nice atmosphere and the staff was helpful when asked for an empty cup.

No.toast friends hot chocolate with cream p top which was off assistant not helpful and not happy to give refund

Very busy Costa just had a drink but was very nice .Service quick found a table easily noticed they had 2 big armchairs in the corner which looked so comfy

I can't believe that such a big double chain is gradually decreasing quality.

Atypical coffee my only concerns are they don't do large enough handles to get your fingers in so I tend not to use, my better half only has small digits so finds it quite comfortable to hold
