Los Compadres - South Padre Island

You never know what to expect when a new restaurant opens. It's either feast or hunger. All I can say is wow, great food, great service, great portion size and great experience. Give them a chance you're not sorry. The cheeses Enchiladas Americanas were excellent. The appetizers are also excellent. My wife had the Fajitas and they were also perfection. One of the people at our party ordered breakfast instead of dinner and shaved about how the eggs tasted. They were so good seconds. Yes, they are open for breakfast! No, I'm not busy. We were customers for the first time. Five were on our table and we all agreed that we would return. Try them out!!!

The food was great. Thomas was a very good server. You need to get more employees, but except that it was worth being regular.

Food was amazing. I had the Enchiladas and I was really impressed. My cousin had the menu item and it was probably one of the best we've ever tried. The queso fundido was delicious. Your prices are very reasonable. I will definitely return, it is worth the ride!

We loved the food and the service was some of the best we got on the island since we moved here in November.
