Feedback gevenWe had trouble getting service even though we were the only customers there. It also appeared that the dining room had not been cleaned all day.
This restaurant had the worst service I have ever experienced. I tried to order chicken sandwiches, but they were out of chicken patties. I told the woman who seemed to be the manager that I needed a minute to decide on something else, but she never came back to take my order. The staff continued to work on drive-through orders without acknowledging the customers waiting in the lobby. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, I finally said I was ready to order, but was told it would be a little longer. When asked how much longer, the manager replied she didn't know. I was ordering 4 meals and there were at least 6 people behind me who also left due to the terrible service. If they couldn't handle the counter service, they should have just closed the door.
I have some experience in customer service, so I know it's not a difficult job. When a customer asks for something you don't have, it's important to be honest and tell them you don't have it, rather than saying it will be ready in 20 minutes. The only person who seemed to handle things well was Randy - 5 stars to you, buddy. The rest of the staff were lacking. Clear communication is key in all situations, and the customer service skills of this restaurant definitely need improvement. Ignoring a customer you misled and making someone else finish the order you started is not acceptable.
Gotta love it! The service was great and the food was even better. I look forward to it on long drill weekends!
They ran out of chicken and instead of asking if I wanted to wait or offering me a refund they just left the counter unattended for 30 minutes while they cooked chicken. Then they forgot my fries and sauces.
