Wendy's - South Pasadena

The food was terrible! I ordered a fish sandwich that was old and had to go back. The second was over boiled and the salad was beaten as reflection. Since fish use sandwich to be really good...as most fast food they went for cheaper smaller fillet and taste like it. I wish these places would pay more attention to quality control and less items!!

I simply asked the drive through girl why I had to pull forward when no one else was in the Drive-Thru, so they put black rotten lettuce on my sandwich and the top of the tomato with the stem as well as some sort of childish Payback. I had to drive back and get a refund from the manager which was accommodated quickly after she saw the sandwich herself and I will never go back to such a low rent Wendy's ever again.

We ordered our food and were the third in line, but when we pulled forward to receive our order, it was missing. Although I understood that it was a busy job, I was disappointed that we didn't receive fresh fries. None of the staff apologized for the wait, and one person even kept us waiting while she finished her phone conversation before giving us our food.

I would actually give Wendy's 3 stars if they can get our order right without us having to go through it. The food is always decent, but it's frustrating when it's not what we ordered. They should consider upgrading their drive-through intercom system or hiring employees who are fluent in English.

The fish sandwich was dry, lacked flavor, and was overcooked. The bun was fresh, but overall, it is not recommended. Additionally, the pull-out window does not have a roof covering, so if it rains while you're there, your food will get wet.
