Dined as a group of 6 and we ordered vege spring rolls, the red chicken curry (delicious), massaman beef curry (very nice), Pad Thai noodles (good) prawn stir fry with chilli (a little lacking in flavour but still nice). Portion sizes are not particularly generous but the quality of the food more than makes up for it (in my opinion). Dishes are a little on the pricier side, the restaurant has a nice ambience great view of the river city if you happen to get a table by the window, and the wait staff were attentive. Worth checking out.
Tried the branch on William Street Northbridge. Clean, spacious dining place. Good value for money, especially with the Entertainment Book voucher. <br <br A few highlights:<br Prawns with glass noodles- Super delicious flavours and the dish comes with a generous amount of prawns. Didn't get enough of this at dinner, so we ordered another one for takeaway.<br Tom Yum soup- Great balance of flavours in this hot sour soup. Can be a bit spicy for those who can't take too much spice, but you might find yourself digging in for more even though you're sweating like mad. <br Deep fried whole fish fillets with 3 flavour sauce- They use Barramundi fish if you order a whole fish and Basa fish if you order fillet. Sauce has a good combination of sweet spicy, tangy sour flavours. <br Soft shell crab with apple salad<br <br Curries and pad thai are pretty enjoyable too. Pineapple fried rice tasted great, but the rice was a little too wet and mushy.<br <br Desserts are definitely not their forte, so will skip those next time we're back. Overall, great food, great service. Will be back soon.
After seeing the ratings on here, we decided to check this place out and give it a try. Average Thai food, nothing really spectacular. Only plus points were that they served us a large dish of fresh cut chillis when we requested
Random visit as it's on our entertainment book we live only a few streets away from it, turned out to be a very enjoyable dinner night. Ambience was nice, you get the beautiful city night view from the window, the place itself is quite fancy, somehow feels very Thai authentic. Ordered pad thai (this is a top notch) stir-fry chicken, portions are generous. Had fried banana vanilla ice cream for dessert which is a perfect end to the night. Friendly service as a bonus. We definitely will be back!
First time here on a busy Friday night, there were three of us and first impressions, the lights were very bright. I assume its because they pack this restaurant so full its hard to manoeuvrer through and it also has a split level that could prove to be a tad dangerous. We started of with curry puffs $10 for 4 and they were Devine. The spring rolls $8 for 4 were also tasty and light and the satay chicken skewers $10 for 4 did not disappoint. Good start. For main we had 3 dishes. Green Beef curry, was Ok $16.00, Beef Massaman Curry $16.00 was a little rich. The best main was the Chicken Cashew Nut stir-fry $17.00 was so full of flavour and was a complete winner of a dish.I would return to this restaurant but maybe try and avoid peak times as it can get very noisy,
