Feedback gevenI ordered my pizza at around 4:30 and at about 5 they said my order was canceled for some reason. When I called them they said they gave my pizza to a door dash driver and he canceled the order. They then said that they will send one of own drivers I called 20 minutes ago and they said their driver will arrive shortly with the pizza it’s currently 5:50 and I still have not received my pizza.
No doubt about the Pizza Quality, but service is very bad, they ask us to wait at the curbside and they forget. This is the second time
I ordered online and when we got there the pizza was not ready. Then they brought out a burnt pizza. I was told it was burnt because I ordered half without cheese. I know this is untrue and even more do the entire pie was Burt, not just that half. They finally made a new one and the person waiting on us admitted that the first one was burnt due to an employee putting it on the wrong shelf. He apologized, gave us an order of breadsticks on the house and told us to grab a 2 liter bottle of our choice on our way out. That's good customer service and I will continue to go to the South Plainfield location!
Still love me some Pizza Hut! My go to on the menu is the personal pan cheese pizza, cooked well done, with a side of 5 bread sticks extra marinara sauce, and it tastes exactly the same every time! The only issue with this Pizza Hut express is that sometimes the pickup times can be very long.
Love the pizzas but sad that they discontinued the weekday lunch buffet.
