Subway - South Ribble

My family and I went to this restaurant, and there were only two people working at the counter during lunch, resulting in a huge queue. The tables were all dirty. We paid £17 for two sandwich meal deals and one salad.

Lovely service and they are such a happy bunch well run by manager the team help you with your requests and always helps and the cookies are just amazing best one is orange chocolate lovely and clean and ready to serve you .Good experience will be going here and the salad bowls there packed full

This is my first trip advisor review and created an account purely based on how angry i am. I have just walked out of this subway and will never be returning. I even considered handing back my £9.78 sandwich “meal”. I asked for a steak and cheese and got a minimal sprinkling of grated cheese, then it was complimented by brown lettuce clearly on the turn. The other veg that went into it was the least they could get away with. Complete with a bag of crisps and a bottle of coke I got 22p change for £10. Disgrace

I come in here quite often or my lunch. All of the staff are always happy to help you with anything and are very accommodating. Always service with a smile and they all go the extra mile to make sure you’re leaving with a smile on your face too! Never had any problems with this particular subway, food is always nice, fresh and tasty! Would recommend to anyone wanting a quick bite to eat or a meal if you can’t be bothered cooking. I have also order food from here for delivery too and my food has always arrived on time, warm and as tasty as it would be if I went in to order. Keep up the good work guys!

I ordered 3 meals from just eat. Salad came with bbq sauce all over it, Chicken Bacon want should of had bbq sauce on you needs a Magnifying glass to see it, Turkey and salad had bbq which should of been southwest. Had to drive 4 mile journey to correct the order. The manageress was rude not interested. She tried to say it was just eat fault until I got them to print the order off. She made a new salad slammed it down on the Counter. I asked for her area manager info to complain she refused. She give me want was meant to be head office email address but guess want wrong address. She needs to go on a customer service course on how to deal with customers shouting in the shop is not the right way. Avoid this shop. This is only the second time I have used it first time was nearly has bad I thought I would give them another try everyone have bad days but I think this shop have very bad attitude days.The young lad was fine it was the manageress.
