Pat's Bbq - South Salt Lake

Food is average. The smoked chicken skin looked good. But was very tough. Could not bite or even rip it with fingers.

We went back tonight, my husband had the Classic Hamburger and I got a 1/4 Pork Ribs Rack. Great dinner, food was tasty. We got great customer service, sadly they were out of sweet potatoes ? fries, but we understood it can happen, the lady who works there spoiled us, she gave us other sides to try. Good customer service, good prices and excellent foodWe really enjoyed it. Food was awesome, the place very clean. This time service was great ?

Service okay, atmosphere still one of the best, food though...I give it two stars plus one for what it used to be. It is not the same place when triple D visited years ago. Probably because too many people go now and they have to pump food out faster. I don't know but got Brisket and pork recently. Both were dry! Brisket is hard but for Pat's the pulled pork should not have been. Darn shame. ?

Honestly was one of my favorite places until last year. Everything went downhill for some reason. Ordered the 3 meat combo and the chicken was BONE dry just like the last time I ordered it but I wanted to be sure because it used to be SO good! The ribs are still good/decent but as far as BBQ goes, you can’t get MUCH worse which is a real shame because they’re so close to our house!

This place was great when it first opened- nice staff, clean tables and good food. I’ve been here 5+ in the past year and it’s progressively gotten worse. Came here with my family and the cashier was aggressive and annoyed to the point it was making my wife uncomfortable. The food was over cooked, and our table was sticky.
