The Rosemary - South Sarasota

I absolutely loved my experience at The Rosemary in Tampa, FL! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The rosemary-infused dishes were divine, providing a unique and delicious twist to the flavors. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend The Rosemary for anyone looking for a charming atmosphere and delectable food in Tampa.

What a gem of a restaurant, outstanding food and service.

The atmosphere was great! We sat outside and enjoyed live music by Master Violinist Gregory Rohr, which was wonderful. Unfortunately, the service was sub-par. Waiter wasnt very attentive. I ordered an extra, extra, extra dirty Martini and always stress dirty when ordering. The Martini came and wasn 't dirty at all. I had stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer. There were only 4 and they were just ok. I ordered the New York Strip dinner medium rare, and when it arrived, it had a stick in it saying medium, but it wasn 't pink at all. The waiter was accommodating and did bring me another steak, which was medium rare. However, when it came, the 2 pieces of shrimp that came with it on a kabob were iced cold! Of course, it was too late by the time I bit into the whole thing! We also had to keep asking for our ice water to be refilled. In summary, their 3 course meal for $25 wasn 't worth it to me. The dinner was miniscule and not spectacular at all. I took the peach cobbler home and even that wasn 't impressive. I have enjoyed a nice lunch here before, so I 'm not sure what happened, but I was very disappointed.

I can’t say enough good about Rosemary and Thyme! The food and drinks are wonderful, and the service is next level. From management to bartenders to servers- such positive interactions, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness. We always book on open table, and typically go for special occasions, and they’ve made it so special each time!

As you open the entrance door you know you are at a good place. The greeting; the ambiance; the aroma are all welcoming. The offerings were well balanced. The food was plated very well. Of course the preparation was excellent and quality tasted top notch. As you can read, the three of us enjoyed our dinner.
