Dilara, the young lady serving us at the restaurant, was exceptional, and the food was the best we have ever tasted. We would definitely return again.

Kaspas exceeded my expectations! The staff was fantastic, always friendly and eager to assist. I couldn't resist ordering their cookie dough with ice cream and Ferrero Rocher - it was delicious. We also got a milkshake for the family at a great price. The dessert didn't take long to arrive and was served piping hot, just like it should be. Despite seeing some negative reviews, I found Kaspas to be even better than I had imagined. Highly recommend!

We walked into the restaurant and waited to be seated. We were only acknowledged and seated across the room once the waiter/manager saw that we had a small dog with us. It makes you wonder how long we would have waited if we didn't have the dog. We were not greeted, just told to sit outside to eat. My daughters decided to order takeout. A large table was served before them. The crepe arrived within 5 minutes of ordering, but the waffle took 16 minutes to arrive. Despite it not being busy, they made the crepe first even though waffles take longer to cook. Overall, it was a very disappointing service and experience. We will not be returning.

Went after school as a treat. Didn’t have the ingredients to make the one I wanted. They served my sons on a chipped bowl. Not impressed at all. Wouldn’t rush back

Took the staff a while to sit us and for the food to come was waiting around for what felt like ages. Then the staff forgot items of the meal and didn’t give us any cutlery. Wasn’t impressed.
