Feedback gevenI visited this restaurant today for lunch and was extremely disappointed with my three-piece meal. When I asked the server for extra napkins, I was only given one, which was not enough. The chicken wings were small and poorly cooked, and for $11.00, the portion size was not satisfactory. The hot chips were soggy and unappetizing. Overall, my experience was a total letdown.
My friend and I ordered KFC and found it to be extremely spicy, even though we didn't request it to be. It caused my friend's mouth to bleed and made my tongue very red. The last time we visited this restaurant, the food was so good that it felt like a completely different experience.
We have ordered by menu log. the food came, only warm, chips very soggy, obviously sitting in the load a long time, also cold. the chicken was moist and tasted ok. can not recommend this for delivery. Unfortunately. go to the load to make sure you eat freshly cooked
On Sunday, the 4th august, at 18:09 a.m. through the drive thru and ordered an original station box for my daughter. the first thing we noticed was how undeniable and abrupt was the girl that took our order and just brushed as we thought someone had. a bad day (as we all sometimes do) to get into the window and read their names badge jaime. Give her $50 to pay for our $11,95 meal. she gives the change with the acknowledgement and I ask her if she could put the entry in the müll, as I don't take any quitting because they're just rubbing in my car. she answers, I'm sorry we don't have any muzzles here, so I can't take it, in her same rude way as she was all! And so she dropped it on the floor and accused me of throwing!...what the devil?! I told her that I can reject a quitting and that the quitting actually came from her machine, so it was actually her mum. So I have the opportunity to reject the reception anywhere else, except the KFC route bay? apparently! after jamie! very rude and disgusting for customers. I hope she continues this behavior because it doesn't get her anywhere she wants. especially if I run back into her and she has the same attitude.
Every time I visit this store, I have some sort of problem there is always something wrong. That generally means its not the staff, is bad management!! Friday 24th May was the worse 10 minute Que, 25minute wait for food ...no Kidding. And...then they have the audacity to still mess up the order 2 items missing!! I have complained via the KFC website nothing. There just don't care! Because they are the only ones in the area they think they have a captive audience Pathetic!
