Runaway Bay Tavern

I arrived at the restaurant without a greeting and was immediately asked for ID. The server, who was Canadian and spoke with an Indian accent, seemed indifferent and only focused on doing his job. I will not return until they improve their customer service. The staff seemed more concerned with their personal conversations and putting on a fake smile rather than truly respecting their customers. This lack of attention to detail even put me in a dangerous situation.

The food was exceptional this evening and the meal was served quickly. The chef's expertise was evident in every dish. Well-executed cooking.

I'm a native, I didn't come here because eating was waste, I wouldn't feed my dog. well to see a change in chefs with real experience we are back as regular. eating is now 10/10 spectacular.

Eat very average, the staff was great, but that is where it stopped, the drinks were the most expensive I had paid everywhere, the eating was very bad for the price paid, they try the local ligas club as it is better to eat.

Very helpful and friendly staff plus good food made for a really good christmas lunch, at a very reasonable price
