Ribs and Rumps - SOUTH TOWNSVILLE

The service was quick, but unfortunately the coleslaw was inedible. The steak was undercooked, as acknowledged by the staff, but no solution was offered. The burgers were comparable to McDonald's, but three times the cost.

The ordered meals, waited an hour, looked like the kitchen had closed and asked what was going on, order mixed between waitress and kitchen and ended with no meal, left with a box of left over ribs, which were average in order. free drinks as. an apologies that had a slight impact.

They should not be where they have good allergies or how they are. had the very regrettable experience to eat here. my partner is allergic to gluten and milk and after 3 times for her meal is gluten-free and milk-free, her sweet cooked in butter. Total irresponsible and non-disabled disease for one. we sat here at 2 o'clock and were the only ones in the restaurant. so they can't even blame it for being busy. the workers were too busy, laughing and had a good time to really take care of the food they present. manager didn't really seem to care. it is 2022 and it is an absolute disgrace that someone with allergies / intolerances can not eat at ribs and rumps. for the next weeks my partner will fight to work and survive. few small complaining, which are great complaining, but nothing in comparison to always cloged. my partner salmon was cold and my t bone was dry and chips were cold. would not recommend this place for something if I gave it negative stars.

They did not have the beef ribs. and were very disorangised. Mess up the bill and had to sort it out between us and the other people we were with.

My wife and I ordered the 400g rump, her order was to be cooked medium to well done and mine medium with pepper sauce. When the meals arrived mine was missing the pepper sauce but the steak was cooked to how I wanted. Her steak...on the other hand was cooked more like medium rare but closer to rare. Not once were we asked during our meal or even when paying how our meals were. The service although friendly was ordinary as the wait staff didn’t seem to have much of an understanding of the menu. Probably will not return here again which is a shame as the steak i had was nice.
