Brewers Fayre Cinder Path

Went to softplay with kids. waitress was booking the softplay to another person from the queue while he was still taking my order, really unprofessional, I felt pretty unwelcome by this, mostly because I still had to pay and receive instructions for paying my food, but this person was already in another thing. The top of it; I order a brownie as dessert included in kid menu, the dessert never came, we ask in 2 different occasions to the staff, finally we left without it, the waitress I asked the brownie looked at our faces when we were leaving, she knew we were leaving without and didnt even make a gesture. I will never come back to this place.

Since I was here, I have been for ever since, and that was probably more delicious (which should make photo,) I ate every last piece and that is unusual for me. the staff is very friendly and attentive. thanks to the employee jack

What a scum. very comfortable and very relaxing environment. Eating was extraordinary tonight, which was a great pub menu cooked to perfection, thanks to them whoever was the cook when I dined there late afternoon. if we had gone there at a later time, I would have tried one or two of their seasonal Christmas cocktails from their drinks menu, they looked very tempting and funny. service at the bar at the order was friendly and helpful. for pub food and atmosphere I could not recommend anywhere else in shields more than this. Too bad it took me so long to try the place.

We were a largish group that went to Sunday. eating was good, and service great in considering the pay involved. the children enjoyed playing in the little soft game, although not really enough to entertain them too long.

Eating is great what they pay. excellent service, personal are always friendly and well presented.
