Caffe Nero - South Tyneside

This is a great spot to relax and have a nice cup of coffee. The staff is very friendly.

Popped in for a quick coffee and immediately wished I hadn 't bothered. Served by a big fella , dressed in shorts, wearing glasses, heavily tattooed. What a horrible person, thought it was funny to make 'joking 'remarks about my age and weight. I couldn 't believe what I was hearing. I think he thinks he 's very funny and his 'banter ' brings the punters in, it doesn 't. Never coming back again and telling everyone I know to avoid.

We only had a coffee . Service was prompt and very polite.

This café in the bustling town center offers a diverse menu. I ordered a hot chocolate and enjoyed it. However, parking is not available nearby.

I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. Jade, our server, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to take care of me and my friends. Despite being understaffed, she provided excellent service. The coffee and cake were both delicious.
