This is a little shop next door to a bigger cafe that has huge joints of milk swinging by the counter (same owner). This one has the 'Fruit Veg ' sign. It 's in a Clapham backstreet so you 're unlikely to stumble upon it unless you live locally. I 've been a couple of times and neither time was hot food available (staff shortages), but the second time I went I got a salad, which was really good. Inside there 's plenty of organic vegetables etc. It seemed to be quite popular with Clapham locals.
Went for breakfast and only vegan option was bread with tomato and olive oil which was delicious. Almond or oat milk available for coffees and I can’t complain about it. During morning it’s really crowded with local mums:
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The staff is friendly and socially conscious, and the fresh vegetables are absolutely delicious. A big thank you to the employees for providing fantastic local service during the COVID-19 lockdown. You've really kept us well-fed. You truly deserve the recognition! They offer a great selection of high-quality products, and the employees are very knowledgeable. The homemade hummus is especially delicious.
This is a quirky café! We enjoyed the vegan lasagna, which came with a generous side of salad, and it was delightful. The ambiance of the café is calm, and there are plenty of sofas to relax on.
