Good environment and food. The vegan schnitzel was good but I wish they had vegan desserts.
I had a night in London with my family before a cruise and I wanted to find somewhere near our hotel that had vegan options. A lot of the group loves German food, so this seemed like a great spot. The vegan schnitzel was AWESOME and they had lots of fun music. The drinks were also very yummy, and the rest of the group enjoyed their food. People said that the food was not the most authentic, but you can never go wrong with something yummy and fried. If I ever go again, I will definitely try the veganwurst. I would definitely say this place caters to a younger crowd with the loud music and dark lighting, but as someone in their 20s I had no problem.
As a german I can say: music authentic, interior authentic, menu authentic, food itself almost authentic but not 100%. Since almost no german beer garden offers vegan options, these guys gave 200% with their Schnitzel, Bratwurst and Platte, I really liked it. What we have to talk about though is serving beer in a can ....
I came here with my friend and we had a time off! we came in the happy hour on Friday, which means that 2 pint-stones of cocktails were just £15! they also had similar deals on beer and normal size cocktails we also had the sausage plate between us two that was enormous and the money was worth. next time I try the carvings! I was also pleasantly surprised that we could sit in a quiet enough to hear each other, but also be part of the action. the music was loud enough and joyful enough to feel like we were in a karaoke stand without disturbing anyone! I can't expect to come back, either at a different date at night or as part of a bigger group!
