Feedback gevenA visit to Boston always calls for kindness because they no longer exist in Ohio. As everywhere it was only briefly occupied, but our waitress Jess, who took care of the entire restaurant, managed to meet the needs of us (still) 15 tables. I see many negative reviews about them, but I encourage all of us to appreciate how hard it must be to work with little help these days. I think she thought she was alone. Keep it on Jess and thank you for being with us all!
Happy to say our visit was perfect. Sarah was our waitress and she was amazing. Best customer service!!! Very friendly and professional. Our meal was perfect and our ice cream sun was excellent. Great experience. Kindness is very happy to have Sarah as an employee.
My family takes at least twice a week from this kindness, food is alway hot and ice is always delicious. We were never disappointed. The staff are very friendly and always welcome us with names. Great value all around
