Members of the staff, where you walk around the food area with fluffy mäntels. my friends have fluff, is their drink, when I complained, I was offered a drink or my money back. the manager continues to declare that he has tried his...stripping for a break and therefore they wore in a food service area that is quite honest to be lively. the whole fluffy around these dumbbells and dirt could be able to go in any food. it is against trade standards to wear inappropriate clothing as so and totally unacceptable! manager very unprofessional and unapologetic. rude and bad attitude. disgusting with mac donald is such a big chain with so bad standards on this particular chain! the staff then went on to laugh and mouth me when I drove away and took part in my mocking. will never visit again. completely disgusted!

We opted for table service but it was very slow,even though they were not busy.Food was as good as it usually is.

I visited McDonalds West Wellow Services on Wednesday 31 July 2019 at 6.30pm, a weekday during the school holidays. I was with a large group; 27 children and 7 adults. This was my first visit. I used Google Maps to find the restaurant, which was...easy and led me straight to the right place. I parked in the car park right outside, which had a small number of spaces available. The team were incredibly friendly and helpful despite us being a large group everything was freshly cooked and the order absolutely spot on, which is challenging with 34 meals, all delivered straight to our table incredibly quickly and efficiently WELL DONE!

Visited after the day at a local theme park, found parking a challenge and ended up on some weird gravel area up a slope that seems to have been adopted as extra parking. Food was as we expected, usual standard we thought. Good to have...a little play area squeezed outside.

3 nights in succession I have visited, all at varying times between 11pm and midnight only to find that the Drive Thru (that’s apparently 24/7) is having “Till updates”. What a load of tosh! like the staff can’t be bothered at all! When I...asked if the tills inside were updating there was no answer, which in itself is the answer. Poor excuse at best for a main chain brand. Bunch of lazy staff who can’t even be bothered to do the work they’re paid for.
