I never write reviews, but after the disgusting service I had from romeo kebab and pizza, I had to share my experience. that was my first time I ordered from this place. I ordered on Tuesday morning at 3 o'clock, the person who delivers the order goes to the wrong address, then call me and I miss the call, I call back 2 minutes later, without answer, I call again 2 times without answer. then he calls me to say that he just left and does not deliver my food. I'm telling him that this is ridiculous and he screams the phone that's rude and indecent. after I went to the wrong address, left my calls and then refused to deliver my food. he's yelling at me. I will ask for a refund during the business hours and then I will never order from here again.
A few minutes ago it was literally, it felt like the owner and the other worker just didn't listen to what I had to say. the worker seemed drunk alone and very slowly reacting. I tried to get a bottle of pepsi and 2 small doses, but he gave me only a big bottle and heard nothing we had to say. was rather rude and honest would never go back in there, not even for a bottle of water, as I might be given at the end a large bottle instead. there was so much more to it, but I was wasted a lot of time to even give this place attention I never want to come here. I recommend chickenland that a few feet away and have better quality and service
A pizza online order, the wrong one was delivered. these things happen what I understand, but the person offered me a free drink when I order next time. I have very rare pizza, and this offer was not useful to me, so I asked if we sent the right one to us. he became very rude, called the phone down and refused to help my current situation. his answer was to hang up and not to answer when we called back. would never be ordered from here again.
Nightmare missing order experience. Ordered online on uber eats, after waiting an hour for the order to arrive, I received a call to come down and collect my order. After arriving in less than half a minute, I come down to see a uber driver pulling away just as I arrive. I realised afterwards my uber eats order has been given to a different person. No name, no confirmation, and a missing order. Called the driver and the shop for hours, all were ignored calls. Never got the food, miserable experience. After calling the next day, they finally answered and rudely told me there was nothing they could do about it and kept cutting me off and ending the call, merely telling me to bring it up with uber. Thankfully, managed to get a refund after a couple hours with uber customer service. However, this shop rudely berated me and left me with a missing order. I am very disappointed, this is a massive shame, been in person a few times and the food was okay. Never order from here, at least online, from my experience. Awful driver and employee on the phone, I personally am going to avoid this place from now on.
Some of my food that I ordered was missing, called up the restaurant to see if they can redeliver it, they said yes 10 minutes, it never showed up so I called up again 30 minutes later and they said that we didn 't ask for the food to be redelivered, obviously they forgot about it again, they said it will be 20 minutes until it arrives, never showed up again. He also refused to give his name so when we called we know who we spoke to, also extremely rude and just hanged up on mid conversation. Called them again and asked for where it was its on the way , 30 minutes later it never showed up. Eventually I called up saying don 't worry its been a waste of my time. I asked for a refund and the guy said sorry I don 't know how to do that Horrible service when calling for help, could of been honest and said we 're not going to re deliver your food, what 's the point of lying and making me wait all night for food that was never going to show up. Absolute joke of a business
