Sainsbury's Cafe - Southampton

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this cafe. Located upstairs, it offers fantastic views. The food was delicious and the coffee was exceptional. We will definitely be returning regularly.

You have to be very patient . The queues are terrible. Not enough staff on duty Complaining don’t help. But good coffee

Just went for coffee and cake. Very nice. Friendly helpful staff and reasonable prices. It is upstairs but there is a lift so as also to give access for disabled people. The toilets are up there also which were very clean and well looked after.

I have to use one of their electric buggies to do my shopping. I could easily get to the counter and the girls put my coffee on the table for me. Many thanks.

Bar Staff untrained and unhelpful. The guy in the bar in the cafe spent his time complaining to anyone who would listen. He is clearly untrained and could not stand the pressure of serving a small query
