While it is expected to experience some delays on Christmas Eve, waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes for a delivery is completely unacceptable, especially when the app was showing that the meal had already been delivered. After contacting the constantly busy phone line, we were told to collect our order after already paying for delivery. When we arrived at the restaurant, a delivery driver was overheard saying that there was a 3-hour wait for deliveries. South Ocean should not accept orders that they are unable to fulfill in a timely manner. The only positive aspect was that the food was decent, but because of the chaos, I will not be ordering from this vendor again. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

This restaurant is not good at all. Trust me, don't eat here. The Coca Cola tasted strange and the food was mediocre. The restaurant was also unclean and the service was not up to par. Sorry, but I do not recommend this place.

I decided to stop at this restaurant on the way home from work, as my usual Chinese spot was closed on a Monday. The lady serving was very friendly and efficiently took my order. I ordered Chicken chow mein and salt and pepper spare ribs. I asked if they could make the chow mein spicy, and she said it was no problem. To my surprise, my food was ready in about 6-8 minutes, so quick! However, when I dug into the chicken chow mein, I was disappointed to find only five small pieces of chicken in a large portion. The dish was not spicy as requested, and the noodles were dry and lacked flavor. The spare ribs were even worse, with no taste of salt or pepper. They were coated in a tasteless, gloopy sauce. This was the worst Chinese food I have had in a long time.

Very good delivery service. Over the last few weeks we have noticed a drop in the chicken pieces in the curry meals it seems to be mostly large chunks of onion. Rice has been claggy the last twice lie they are cooking to much in one pot. still always arrives hot.

Amazing food ordered for the first time as staying with my poorly mum X food was hot when delivered no faults here I’m back home now just wish they delivered to millbrook regular customer if they did so thank you to the cook and all workers amazing
