Sprinkles Gelato - Southampton

Because my partner pregnant is asking for a drink that we ended, often buy from here, I must say we have such a warm welcome from kalema so a beautiful smile and she went over and beyond for us made us fall for this place great work awesome menschen

The gelato was as good as ever and as expensive as ever! the caffe itself was clean and air-conditioned, so very comfortable in the warm weather, but the ambiente is more fatter than expensive ice salon. the staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. we will definitely go back as we love gelato!

Loved it here they have indoor and outdoor seating. The menu choices are varied and wide and the cost is well worth it. I would not hesitate to eat here for a sweet treat. The staff were very helpful even when it was quite busy they still had time to deal with our request to get a seated area cleaned. Loved my dish!

AWFUL customer service… the rudeness from the cleaner (Ola/or Olga) when we sat down at a booth that was cleaned she was so rude to us as said the chairs at wet and raised her tone. We told another staff member who just went and hugged the cleaner and talked about us the whole time. Never have I been out to eat and been spoken to like that. There was a guy worker who was kind to us though that changed the waffle as it was overcooked and cold. I placed a complaint on Sprinkles in September regarding this, they have said it’s been passed to Portswood store manager.. I’ve had NO REPLY! Would I recommend this place… ABSOLUTELY NOT … Go to another sprinkles that have good customer service.

I’m hoping the boss reads this and takes note. In school holidays and at 3pm please don’t let teenager staff/ family member put music on… lyrics with F##k her good on repeat is not acceptable!!! The girl was rude to my husband when he politely asked for the music to be changed, not only was the girl rude to him but decided to stand next to the counter and glare at us while we finished our food. What a sad way to treat a family knowing they came in celebrating their daughters birthday
