Ted's Fish - Southampton

I eat a lot of Donna kebabs because I enjoy them, but wow, the fish and chips shop is really impressive! The Donna kebab here is AMAZING – you have to try one; you won't regret it!

I've ordered from this restaurant a few times, and I've mainly had the fish cakes and chips, which have always been great! They come freshly fried, hot, and packed with flavor. However, I wasn't a fan of the veggie roll; it tasted bland and dry.

I was visiting from the U.S. and sampled fish and chips from about a dozen places, and this was our favorite. The batter was fantastic—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, without being soggy or dry. We ordered for delivery both times, and I must say the service was excellent. The gentleman who took our order was knowledgeable and provided helpful recommendations. Our delivery arrived right on time, and the driver was very polite.

Best fish and chip shop in Southampton! Everyone should give it a try. The staff are friendly and the food is top-notch. I highly recommend it—100%!
