Feedback gevenWhen we arrived at the restaurant, no one acknowledged us, even though two employees walked past. After standing there for about five minutes, someone finally approached us, but they initially couldn't find our booking. I showed them my email confirmation, and they eventually managed to seat us at a table in the back, which was noisy and located near the kitchen. No apologies were offered. The service was quite slow; no one even asked if we wanted drinks, and we had to request just about everything we needed. The food was decent, but the overall experience left us disappointed. I had heard great things about Zizzi and was really looking forward to our evening, but it fell short of expectations.
The food was excellent and the portion sizes were decent, although some dishes felt a bit overpriced.
We had a fantastic dining experience! A big thanks to the manager, Jack. We look forward to visiting again the next time we're in Southampton.
Very loud, very cramped and felt like an almost food restaurant. service was very good, but eating was best in average, pasta over boiled and sauce tasted like something from a glass of tesco. the personal was friendly.
This was my 1st date night with my wife, since her birthday 5 months ago when we came here last! Every time we come the service is very good!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
