Akita Sushi Hibachi Steakhouse

Great food but staff especially the girls that do togo orders are so rude and have bad attitudes. I hate spending my money where I don't feel welcomed. I'll be finding a new hibachi restaurant that offers better service

I use to LOVE this place but it's becoming to much of an inconvenience. I already spoke with the manager and the young lady at the front register verified my last 2 issues. I was offered 20% off my next order if I come back. Lol

The service was horrible . They have nasty attitude. they gave me shrimp and I’m allergic to them. They didn’t want to give my money back they gave me a hard time about

The food and service was great. The ginger sauce for the salad was exceptional! The floor was not clean. After it rained a bit, the floor turned into an ice skating arena. Bathrooms were dirty.

Carlos is the best Chef we eat here weekly it’s so so good
