Burger King - Southaven

The food was delicious and served quickly. The staff were very accommodating to any special requests.

I approached the counter to place my order at this restaurant, but I was completely ignored because the employee taking orders was on her phone with her back turned to the counter. Another worker had to inform her that there were customers waiting to order. Moreover, when our food was finally ready after a long wait of over 15 minutes, no one informed us or brought it to our attention. As a result, by the time we received our food, the fries were cold and my burger was also cold. The only drink option available was Powerade, there were no napkins, and the lobby was dirty. It was clear that the staff demonstrated no concern for providing good customer service and did not seem eager to serve their customers. Perhaps having young adults working there without proper guidance or understanding of their responsibilities was the issue.

I waited at the drive-thru speaker for 5 minutes before being rudely told to hold on. I waited another 5 minutes before driving up to the window. There were no customers in the drive-thru or dining area, and employees were just standing around. Unfortunately, we never received any service.

Food was bad, horrible, not fit to eat, threw in garbage.

Was there at 7pm on Tuesday. Doors were locked. Sign on door says dine in open till 10pm and drive thru open until midnight. Went to drive thru- woman says Welcome to Burger King. We 're closed . No explanation why.
