Feedback gevenFirst time eating at Chipotle. Placed a digital phone order as you can't talk to a live person for a pick up order. Took forever and tried to reach a live person to make a correction.....10 phone calls later you can't even talk to the store. When I arrived at the store, there were at least 10 employees but was told they can't receive customer phone calls???? Female employee was extremely rude when I had the audacity to ask for a receipt (business lunch) and even ruder when I asked about the fresh veggies on the chicken bowls (on their menu), but the employee said they don't have time to cut them up so they don't have them. Unnecessarily hostile and rude! I asked to speak with the manager who printed a receipt. This female employee needs to be fired as she had such a bad attitude. The food wasn't very good either....tasted like leftovers although it was early in the lunch hour. Do not recommend this place.

Beware when ordering online. Once we arrived they handed us our order. I noticed they gave us soft tacos instead of the crispy tacos we ordered. When I asked about it they said they were out of crispy tacos and gave us soft tacos instead. We asked for a refund and were told we would have to go through the app. We got the refund, but did not appreciate giving us food we didn't want when they were out of what we had ordered.
The tortilla shell for the burrito was tough. The steak had fat in every bite. Didn't taste like real steak at all. The pico and corn salsa good. The servers were not friendly and they didn't listen to which ingredients I wanted on the side. The cashier was
