Jimmy John's - Southaven

I received the incorrect sandwich and cookie despite confirming the substitution.

The sandwiches at this restaurant are tasty, but unfortunately they do not honor the 15% military discount. When I inquired, they stated that you must be in uniform to receive the discount. I mentioned that there are no military bases nearby except for Millington, which is 40 minutes away, so they will rarely see a member of the military in uniform. This policy makes it difficult for military personnel to take advantage of the discount.

This restaurant has fantastic staff, a lovely ambiance, and prices that are very reasonable compared to other sub shops in the city. The food is always fresh and served quickly. The employees are quick to fix any mistakes with a smile and an apology. My only complaint is that I wish Jimmy John's stayed open later than 6 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Coworker recommended this place, sandwiches are quite decent as well as price and even if on my first order and delivery they forget my bottled water it is still one of my favorite parts of everything, delivery is usually fast, so delivered with a sandwich in under 45 minutes for 12 or 13 dollars, they cannot beat it. plus many advantages for online ordering under their account

Sandwich was excellent. Three stars is for delivery. Not freaky fast. Person who answered the phone might have been the owner. She said they only have one delivery driver. That is fine but for the price I paid there is no excuse. Hire someone!
