Mcdonald's - Southaven

We ordered through the app when we attempted to get the food, the manager denied there was an order placed. Both the in-app and email receipt were provided, but again, the manager denied there was an order placed. I even showed the manager the pending debit showing on my bank's app. The end response I received was... anger; anger for having the temerity to expect the food or my money returned. I suggest everyone avoid this McDonalds. At best they're incompetent. At worst, they employ at least one fraudulent thief.
