TGI FRIDAYS - Southaven

My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time to try their endless appetizers. I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food we received. The customer service was excellent - we were greeted as soon as we entered and seated promptly. Our waitress was quick to take our drink order and answered all our questions about the endless appetizers. The food took a bit longer to arrive at our table, but it was worth the wait as the quality and quantity exceeded our expectations. Our drinks were refilled before they were empty, and overall, we had an awesome dining experience. The customer service, food quality, quantity, and price were all excellent.

Not very busy as it was a Monday evening. The staff were great. Friendly and fun, however the area we sat was incredibly cold. Shivered through the whole meal. Then we realized that the last Fridays was also very cold. So take a jacket. Food was great though and the desserts worth leaving room for.

The service and ambiance were good, but the chicken was slightly overcooked. Additionally, the server consistently seated other customers near our table, even though there were plenty of empty booths available. My partner and I found this to be a bit inconvenient.

While a bit expensive, the service was top-notch and the food was outstanding. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.
