Wendy's - Southaven

The only place I'm going to eat in Southaven is that the other one on the Stateline Rd has just recently been shut off by the health inspector in July 2022. The Goodman rd location at Sam's Club is always good, hot and fast. The staff is always super sweet. Whoever is the manager, they need a team player and lead by example bc it always shows in the staff performance and settings.

It was okay. Your medium drink is huge! I ordered a 10h Nuggets, a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe, a Med. Dr. Pepper a small chocolate Frosty. Burger was ok, didn't seem freshly cooked and the nuggets. I like my food being prepared right after I ordered it. So I know it's fresh!! I think all fast food restaurants should open their doors, serve their customers hot, freshly prepared food. And not something that comes from a cuddly stove (sorry McDonald's!!) or from a microwave to be warmed up so that we think you made it fresh! I know it's called fast food, but when I get through the drive-thru during lunch or dinner, the food should be hot because you know that customers have very little patience in the drive-thru because they are on a schedule. Oh, and stop putting all these things in your pocket!! You should ask the customer when they order when they need these things! That's why your inventory goes low, the spices are thrown out as soon as they come home! This is such a waste.

I like the fries, Burgers, and frosty's , It's all good, The lines are SUPER fast like never seen before by me fast, And employees are kind.

The food we got was fresh at this location as aposed to the other Wendy's around the Southaven area Was pleasantly surprised. But went back and it was a whole other ball game . I guess it depends on who is working there .

Large fry price for medium size amount!! Please give the customer what they order. Also, the fries were not hot and crispy as advertised on the box!
