Asian Station - Southend-on-Sea

The people are lovely, the food is delicious, and the prices are fair. This is our favorite takeaway spot!

I recently started ordering from Asian Station and it is the best Chinese food around. The portions are large and the dishes are not overly salty like many other restaurants. I highly recommend ordering through their website as ordering by phone can be difficult and they do not accept credit card payments over the phone.

Ordered at 6.08pm. After an hour no order, called restaurant 14 times before they finally answered. At 7.35pm I called to ask where our food was to be told it would be around 25 minutes. Told them to cancel our order as we have waited too long and we’re not kept updated of delays. Now I have 2 hungry children. Very angry that they have wasted an hour and 45 minutes when we could have gone elsewhere. Definitely DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT unless you want to wait almost 2 hours

I have been ordering from Asian Station for some time now and the food is delicious! I would definitely recommend giving it a try, although it is a bit expensive, the quality is worth it!

Normally my only regular Chinese, my order was incorrect. When I telephoned to advise, they were not helpful and didn’t offer to deliver the correct food They wanted me to return the incorrect order. I find this quite poor customer service on all levels, especially as we are regular customers. Disappointing
