Wonderful Chinese in Westcliff food is always hot fresh and delicious..had several takeaways customer service is excellent very polite

I’d love to review the food, however, after being told delivery in an hour, I had to chase it up 1hr 45mins later only to be told at least another 30 mins. Great, too late for my kids to eat before bed and now scrambling to feed them something else. Their response, “there’s nothing we can do about it” and a refund will have to wait until tomorrow. My advice, go elsewhere to avoid being let down

Lovely food can’t fault it, we have it delivered and it’s here in 15/20mins with fail. Will always be a customer.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, and I usually choose to pick it up since it's nearby. The staff always tells me my order will be ready in 10 minutes, but when I arrive, the food hasn't been prepared yet. It seems like the owner waits until you arrive before starting to cook, which can be very frustrating. This happens every time, so it doesn't seem like just a one-time mistake.

I used to be a loyal customer of this restaurant, often spending weekends there with my family. They always recognized me and knew when I was pleased with the food. However, when I had to call to complain about a bad meal, the manager refused to speak to me to address the issue. The young boy who answered the phone did his best, but ultimately could not help me. I simply wanted a refund for the dish or credit for a future order, but the manager insisted on delivering the same dish again. Unfortunately, I live far away and the rest of the meal would have gone to waste. After finally speaking to me, the manager was incredibly rude. It's a shame, as I will not be returning to this restaurant. I have since discovered an amazing Chinese restaurant that is 10 pounds cheaper and offers free crackers and sides. At the previous restaurant, you only receive a free portion of prawn crackers with orders over 50 pounds.
