I arrived at 9 a.m. on a Tuesday, and the airport was quite quiet due to the season. The place is very clean, and the decor creates a welcoming atmosphere. The food was good, at least what I ordered. Customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful; it was clear that the employees enjoy their work, making for a pleasant experience. Great job, team! Keep up the excellent work.
This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is not only delicious but also plentiful, and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend this place. It’s a great spot to unwind while you work on your laptop, thanks to the delicious food, pleasant music, and wonderful staff who excel in customer service.
Seven of us arrived, eagerly awaiting a scrumptious, tasty, full English breakfast before setting off on our flight to Spain. At the bar we requested, seven full English breakfasts with tea coffee, to be told that it would take them over an hour to cook sausages to go with the breakfast.... I thought do sausages take an hour to cook? The barmaid had no idea whatsoever. We then asked for tea, a cup of tea to be further told that they didn't have any cups! So we had to go to Costa's. The surrounding area was poorly cleaned and when asked for a clean table it was like asking for an appointment with the queen. If these companies cannot fulfil the simplest of tasks then they should not be allowed to have premises at airports. This is the worst experience of an airport eating facility that I have ever had to endure. Southend airport, what a joke. CC: Evening Echo
I visited this restaurant with my colleagues and had a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, and our food arrived promptly, all of it surprisingly delicious. They have a great selection of beers on tap. We sampled the chicken Caesar salad, chicken and chorizo pizza, and the fish finger sandwich. The halloumi fries were absolutely fantastic! Just a tip: steer clear of the omelets, as they tend to get poor reviews on Google.
The navigator was a good operation. When I walked through the doors of Southend Airport, I caught a scent of her popular chicken Cesar Salat. Welcomed by a courteous employee at the entrance, I decided to have a comfortable seat opposite the Nordbahn (good decision). After moments of ordering the foods arrived talk about efficiency! Washed down with the best pint of hells I have in my life, I cannot doubt that the navigator have pub grub on point, with a touch of real Brit Spirit.
