Amazing food , I am a regular and I never have a complaint about the food. Delivery was on time

Sadly this place has gone down hill. My whole family and many friends use but they have become rude and now like to give out more sauce than any food! Having paid extra for a large I wouldn’t expect to get 6 small pieces of meat and a bucket of sauce (on both dishes)When queried be told you should have 8 pieces but tough go away. Really can live with mistakes but no excuse for rudeness. You can show off as many awards as you like but when you’re so rude word will get around! Shame on you Abdul!

The order took much longer to arrive than the time indicated on the website, and when it finally arrived, something was missing. Instead of apologizing and agreeing to send out the missing item, the restaurant tried to persuade me to accept a free samosa on the next order. Despite the fantastic dhansak, we will not be ordering from them again due to the vinegar-heavy dishes.

1 star is being extremely generous. Very rude owner called Abdul his face is plastered all over the walls when you go in so you 'll know who the owner is. Missing rice called and said it 's essential with our masala dishes told we 'd have to go and pick it up as they have no drivers. Explained the masala dish would go cold. Response: do you not own a microwave? . Ordered keema naan no meat within. Onion bhajis and chicken tikka was cold. Told you 've got your order, you either come and get rice or tough . So rude. Wrong items, cold food, missing food, and shocking customer service. Booked through Uber Eats so will be seeking a refund from an establishment not even fit to be called a restaurant.

People living in this area kindly avoid this dusty takeway.The owner and staff were so rude and treat like a begger. The food was cold raw and tasteless.Worst food experienced in my life. Please avoid this takeway dont waste money.
