Feedback gevenI changed my review that I based my 1st visit on compared to recent visits. My order is not always right. And they are not the politest of the Chick-fil-A's I have been too. I get they are busy but, that is their job. I'm hoping the service gets better when they open the new bigger location. This Chick-fil-A is the closest to me so I visit there frequently. I notice a difference in the service depending on which team leader (red shirt) is working.
This location was pretty lousy compared to other chick fil a’s. I know this franchise has high standards, which means that my standards as a customer are higher too. But even so, the service was worse than most McDs that I’ve been to. My drink was bad because the syrup was out. Okay, I can just exchange it. But no one would help me when I went up to the counter. Workers were standing in a group laughing with each other and one lady was leaning against the wall on her phone. So I got into the back of the line and waited until I got to the front and told the worker what’s up. She told me to throw the cup away because she can’t take it. I’m..sure, but what about a new drink? So I throw it away and she eventually brings me a new one that tasted just as bad. By then the line was about 15 people long so I wasn’t going to wait in that line to get a refill again. A drink isn’t that big of a problem but I was just being ignored the whole time.Hopefully this experience isn’t normal.
Chick-fil-A is somewhere I enjoy eating most of the time. Unfortunately, this location is not up to par with other locations. I would give it a solid D on the A-F scale. Service speed is adequate, however I have never received my correct order from this location in the 10+ times I’ve come here. There is always something missing or the order is completely wrong. Staff seems bored, low energy, and management seems not to care. I’ve watched a manager (or shift supervisor)here one her phone while others were casually chatting near the registers all the while there is one cashier and a massive line. I’ve had a cashier talking on her phone while I’ve been standing at the register waiting to order and be annoyed when I asked if I can order food. The thing that made me write this just happened, I ordered, got my food and the person at the drive through window handed me a bag of food. With half of the contents missing. Like there were chicken things without the sides and they didn’t give us the right drinks. Management, please help your store, everyone expects more from this company.
This is the best Chick-fil-A there is around here, always great food and service. This is God's chicken and you can taste it haha. Definitely worth going to get it at least once a week.
This location was busy and they did not give all of my requested sauces in my bag. Also in my salad was too huge pieces of lettuce core. That was surprising and not very appetizing.
